设施规划部门负责在Clarion和Venango校园进行的所有主要建筑，维护和维修合同。

The plan establishes a thorough understanding of the University’s existing and projected academic, facility, community and cultural needs, and provides a flexible structure for improvements that align capital capacities with Clarion University’s goals and needs.
